Bettie Eubanks, accomplished artist and GHWC member, painted Quilty, who is the newest member of PCAF's Turtle Trail. 

 

Quilty's location is at Waterfront Park Drive and Colbert Lane in Palm Coast and it is an inspiration from 1700's quilt artist, Bettie White.  

Quilty the turtle was sponsored by Pat & Bill Verhagen who donated the land for the park and the turtle.  

Bettie's brother, Walter Bader, wrote a poem in honor of the turtle.
