 To make reservations for this luncheon please follow these steps:

Click the Important Information button for details. 
This is the same information that was emailed to all members by Notices a couple weeks ago 

Click the RSVP button to complete and submit your reservation form 

 You will receive an email confirmation from noreply@123formbuilder.com or GHWCsite@gmail.com (these are our website hosts) stating that your reservation has been submitted.
If you are having issues making a reservation or you must cancel a confirmed reservation, please contact the Notices Chairperson immediately.  

If you prefer to pay by check, you're done! 
Please 
have your check already completely filled out prior to checking in and make it out to GHWC for $25.00. 
Cash for the exact amount is also accepted. 
 

Same payment instructions apply to your guest.
